If you dont mind driving for a little bit to a spot, i suggest the rocks along the Causeway just before you get to Clearwater. I love going there. Theres not that much shade or anything...but its a great area to really test your rig. Although, Howard park is your best bet since your right there in Palm Harbor. Howard park is a bit of a drive for me to go to since im in Tampa (just by the Tampa Airport) but i did scope it out one day when i was bored and it looks like some good fun out there! Yea....its going out towards clearwater. If you can think about it, coming from Tampa, the rocks will be on your left hand side and it will start i think like a few yards after Ben T. Davis Beach. (you`ll know its Ben T Davis Beach because you`ll see all the parking meters and people out there of course). But if your coming from the Clearwater direction the rocks will be on your right hand side. Just remember, just look out for some boat ramps on either side of a traffic light and you`ll be in the right area. Its nice, but its hella hot out there since there is no shade of anything lol Sorry for taking so long to respond to you lol

Anyone know of any other spots in Tampa, besides the Skyway? Maybe more east towards Plant City or Lakeland?
