Default Losi Micro crawlers in Tampa area?

A buddy of mine has a pretty big collection of crawlers and he's looking to get me into the hobby. I'm very partial to the Losi micro crawler because its a cheap "gateway" to see if I really like it before moving on to bigger trucks. He and another friend already have the Losi's, and if I get one, we'd be building a course on my back porch at my house (its pretty big). So is anyone else in the Tampa area into the Micro crawlers? I'm willing to travel to Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Polk to do some crawling.

So would anyone be interested?

Our next comp is on the 1st down at the Skyway bridge. You should come by and check us out. You can run my rig to get a feel for the larger rigs, see if it strikes your fancy.

My two friends have them. I'll get one if there's enough interest.

Is that May 1st I guess? What hours are you guys out there? I have stuff going on that day, but may be able to sneak out in the morning.

I have a Mini Rock Crawler (MRC). I would recommend not buying a micro as your first crawler. You at least want a mini.
