Well, the tools were ready...............I was not. Damn it was hot and muggy out there. Forgot to take my pain pills in the a.m. and my sciatic nerve made me pay for it on the way home.

We got another little section cleared. It is adjacent to one of the other areas we use. We also pulled the Tarzan wines out of the trees out in front.

Slowly but surely.

The Hobbytown USA that was right down the street has moved 1 exit farther north. Still only about 10-12 mins from the comp site.

Bob had his XR performing well. He has jumped on the 4PL bandwagon.

There are so many yet undiscovered rocks.
One day we'll have it all cleared...hopefully! Crawler Heaven

Pretty happy with the retooled XR!
The 4PL is the sh*t so far. First new radio I've bought in like 20yrs.

it would be nice if I could find some freek'n lead rope around here so that I could weight my wheels and see how much it helps... apparently it's not in big demand around here

Have you thought about checking places like NAPA to see if they have stick-on lead weights (like for 1:1 wheel/tire balancing)?

Side note: this weekend should be the last time I have the berg out with the sidewinders... I finally bit the bullet and ordered a couple more BRXLs (that'll learn me for not going with the best in the first place).

OH DAMN, I never thought of those! I could peel them off of old wheels at work all day long! I'm going to try to grab a handful tomorrow!

I have a whole bag of used stick on weights, I may even have some rope too. You are welcome to it if you can't find some.

I might be able to make Saturday, but Sunday would definitely be easier.
