I'm gonna be a no show, stayed up till 3am and slept in late, just had breakfast. Think I'm gonna do some painting and maybe drink some beer today.

With a little luck I'll have my new TH and Rubicon bodies painted today.

Sorry again guys for not showing up. I may be done with this hobby, I'm sick of all the issues it causes on the homefront. I never get the time or money to spend on it anymore without causing a fight. I've got some issues to work out which may take some time. I just don't know if it's worth the headache anymore. I'm thinking about selling my Jeep project. I'll give you all first dibs.

Wow dude, thats a feking shame you can't have GD hobby ?

I'm thankful my wife is very supportive, maybe one day your lady will grow up and realize men need hobbies and a outlet.

Sorry to hear, surely isn't fair.

She has always been supportive for it, but it seems like the last couple months it's been harder and harder to do anything hobby wise. Any time I want something I sell something else to pay for it, then when she finds out she gets mad because it's money we could have used towards our wedding. She doesn't get that no money came out of our pockets for it. The wedding, moving, working, it's just a lot right now and our time together is limited. We had a talk about it this morning but I don't think we are anywhere near a solution as of now.

Have patience my friend, maybe she'll come around ?

IMHO I wouldn't sell anything until your 110% positive your bailing on the hobby, give it a few months.

I went through that same chit with my first wife...lol She had to be in control of the finances and we couldnt spend a dime until we paid for the wedding!!! well we did it! and then we got divorced 5 months later.

all for the better. she took the new bmw and its payments.. and I met a splendid woman and had some good looking kids!

Technically the boys lapped you

I really amazed the cart broke traction with such a accumulative amount of down force ?

Great video, looked like a lot of fun and it made a great memory with the kids.
Plz post video Daisy took with her phone, I bet you make the go cart look like a skateboard.

Default Rally Cross

Here is an off-beat idea. How about a rally cross type build? That area in Pinellas is perfect for it. I'm thinking of using the Ofna GTP2E platform (cheap). T-Bone racing makes a couple of delrin front bumpers that would work for the purpose. A set of buggy badlands tires and mamba monster combo on 4S and you have a ripper.

Get a TH Dan, we could make a much knarlyer course where the corners could go straight up the sides of those big hills. Plus the TH would be much more utilitarian with the 2sp. Just my 2©

I'm iffy on the TH. Seems a little on the small side for the kinda speed I would run it.

Theres 3 of us that TH, and a couple more guys sre swearing their getting one also.
If u dont get a TH you might find yourself one of the few who dont own one and if u build a rally you will be the only one with one ?

But I rekon u have the same need for speed youve always had.

Looking at an RC8BE/2650/MMM combo. Pretty easy to convert to a rally setup and tough as shiz.

2650 on 4s isnt as efficient as the the 2200kv, the 2200 is a 1515 can verses the 2650 being 1512 also so it'll have more umph as well..
The torque is whats needed to break 4 tires loose.
