Default Interference issues

I heard there was another having this issue as well as me. This is 2 times in a row I have not been able to run my flysky radio equipped bouncer buggy with you guys. My flysky runs perfect with the other group I run with and my futaba 3pm-x does fine everywhere. I just read that some flysky radios aren't very well calibrated and can mess with other fly sky's as well as spektrums.

I ran both my vehicles before everyone else fired up and all was fine.

I just wasted another $200 and ordered a 4pl as those don't seem to be bothered by it.

So if you had interference issues post up.

I had issues when I got near the big group of people, fine when running with a smaller group that I usually run with, I;m running an older dx3 and have had problems when around a lot of people. Idk what to do.

I saw 4pl rx's on amazon for $50 each. I shoulda tried my sc10 with the 3ch flysky rx to see if the issue was still there. Keep in mind my flysky is hacked with all the mods. Newest version program as well.

I don't think they are crap at all. BUT I will say if anyone is running a flysky GT3B that isn't hacked they need to get it done. The updated software will fix it up a bit and possibly solve future issues with others trying to run in the same area. I have a hack kit too. I bought mine hacked already but if someone wants to give it a try at the next comp I'll bring my stuff. I have not personally hacked one so you will need to find the instructions online and try it. With this hacked radio it's incredible at what all it can do, I guarantee you it has more features then any 4pl out there has not to mention the gt3b can operate up to 8 channels.

I will but I am pretty sure its an un-hacked radio causing this. If mine were causing issues I wouldn't be able to run it with the Jacksonville guys as they would be having issues. I haven't heard them say anything about it.

Ok for everyone who has an unhacked FlySky GT3B, I have downloaded the programs and can bring my hack kit and laptop to get yours set up. I'm not a pro but I think its fairly easy. Here are the instructions
http://www.overkillrc.com/GT3B/GT3B%...raft%202.1.pdf

You will need to purchase a header and have it installed by the next comp.

This is what you need, I would assume that these can be found at a radio shack too.
Products - OverkillRC

This hack will allow you up to 8ch, EPA's on all channels, 4ws mixing, dual esc mixing, you can use any button for any channel and do just about anything with it.

Understand that once its hacked there are many more options to choose from and many more ways to mess it up. By messing it up I mean setting something wrong and then not knowing what you did. Mine is set up and works perfectly when there isn't any interference. I'm pretty sure after the hack I can get you back running as it will be like basically a whole new radio but with many MANY more features and settings.

I will ask LosiKid about whether or not a hack and update will help with a wild radio or not.

I don't have an issue with settings changing at all. The hack takes care of that plus it adds a ton of features. BUT if I cant run it with you guys in a big group I just cant use it. I can sell it for enough $$$ to buy a few new RX's for the 4pl though so I may just do that.

yeah but to get it hacked is like 100 bucks so buy the time you do all that you can get a good rx/tx that needs no hacks

$50 pre hacked and ready to go with a 3ch rx. I'll hack any that show up at the next comp for free. The owners will just have to install the header themselves so its ready.

I spent 132 for mine, its got the voltage regulator mod, steering wheel bearing mod, header installed and ported. it came with a 3ch and a 6ch rx and I got the hack kit separately to go with it. For the money it's a excellent radio. If I sell I think I will ask 150 for it, but it will come with 8rx's I think. 3-3ch, 4-6ch and an 8ch rx.

I just think there is one out there that isn't very well calibrated and causing issues but I could be wrong.
