LoL why don't you guys ride up here one day. You won't be disappointed at our Picketville location. That place is awesome.

3 hour drive to play for 4-5 hours to drive back 3 hours is a bit steep.. especially with a non gas efficient vehicle, that and I work Sunday nights.

Well yeah that makes things difficult. You guys keep an eye on our thread though and feel free to join us anytime we run. I am thinking we will be running Saturday evening. Not 100% on that but I'm pretty sure we will be.

well im in orlando now. yeah i use to run at picketville. theres a lot of cool spots around nasjax.

what kinda stuff is there in orlando? good rock sections? could you show us Jax creepers some good spots one weekend?

In Orlando, nothing.. unless you go to the coast, then its mostly giant rocks. We usually just go to the forest trails that are local and run them.. as long as we watch out for the bikers were good. And Palm Bay area has the Compound which ive heard good things about that place but its just dirt mud and water from what I understand.. maybe some of those guys can chime in..

FSTR most of us ran under the 17-92 Sanford bridge but after a great run were told we can not run there any more... you can go if you do small groups but that is what happens when we run big groups...

After the weekend in the Ocala national forest I made a lot of phone call's
to Orlando PR, Jacksonville PR, Ocala PR, Daytona PR, and a hand full of other's and was given the same around about answer we are not aloud to run in the park's or other area's unless you have written permission form the owner and or Parks and Recreations and was told by 3 of them that if we were caught out there they will ticket us and have us trespassed I know that every one is going to read this and say bullshit but that is what i was told and was told that there is a place for the R/C people and not at the local park or bike trail were we are a problem to those around us and we are a 1/10 scale version of a 1.1 and they will take it as fare as us running a motor vehicle and bla bla bla

you can always run in small groups and not get caught but as soon as you want to get every one to have fun and see new face's and people you get the shaft...
