I assume dual motors is just for additional torque. I also assume you'd want to upgrade the rest of your drive line. I'm asking as a new to scalers. Thanks guys.

Pretty much only torque and the drive line and trans should be on the very first upgrade list.. That and waterproofing. December is going to be an EPIC event.

Today just seemed off for me today. I don't know what's up with the winch just spooling in on my truck, breaking the "heavy duty" winch line 4 times just got to me, then breaking a axle, ended up doing more damage than that when my temper got the best of me. Sorry if I may have came off acting mean or whatever.

I will be ready for the TTC, it should be AWESOME!!

This will be my first TTC so I'll be running a basically stock truck with a winch. I'll see how she does and upgrade for the next one. I'm going to waterproof when I build it.

Hopefully they will add a little water to the track. Unless you were rebelracer or myself today, there was no need to be waterproofed, or mud proof.. Overall though, the new layout is good.

Stock trucks seem to always do well at NewReds and a winch will for sure be a helpful tool. Might also want to look into getting (or making) a pull-pal.

You mean my sideways water skipping adventure? almost didn't even need to be waterproofed for that either :ror: .
Next month there will be WAAAY more water. The mud pit is changing a little bit and going to be nastiness. The tank trap is going to be crazy and probably rather deep.
