Ok a few thing to address and hope this helps...... 1. We will be going back to are staged 2 min intervals (meaning each person that start's will have a 2min time between each person that starts give every one room to run) when you register we will preset your time and write it on your card for staging and at the end we will add your time to your total score so that way there is no mistakes.. 2. All course's for the rest of the season will be 100 gates and there will be a time cap on the course 1h45. this will give every one time to run the course and with the 2min interval there will be less traffic jams....also all course's will be setup so that they don't cross over so there is less confusion.. 3. Trial boss/Judging every one will be paired on when you register the morning of so that why no one is with out a trail boos/judge... 4. Spectators on course we love that every one want's to come out and watch put please be courteous to those that are competing and not be in there way.... 5. ENERTY FEE'S this was a big one yes they have gone up and let me break it down for you we as a group use NewRed Hobbies as are home base letting us set up are course and giving us a place to run with food, bathrooms, power, hobby shop and a clean safe place to run there entry fee is 15.00 a person we as a group wanted to give out more PRIZES this season and we add 5.00 to that making it 20.00 to enter yes a little much but not for what you get we are giving the top three of the season the world but every person that enters the series is going to go home with prizes as well.. I can't do what I have done in the past and buy them all out of my pocket like the last few events we are moving back into are house soon and insurance is not playing nice with paying us back for are personal effects.. Bobby and I have forked out a lot of funds to do some awesome events and do it all out of the passion for this hobby and don't ask for any thing back in return and don't want anything and sometimes don't even get to run the event. But what we were trying to do is save some coast and still give every one some thing for there hard work and participation in the series... with that being said if you don't want to be apart of the series and still want to run you can and only have to pay 15.00 BUT your score card will hold no value for the prize's at the end of the day and or for the series.. but we offer any one the opportunity to run and participate in any of these events... It is a blast man, you should really try to make it up to an event. As for video, no none of this event, it's difficult to video while running/trail bossing. There are a couple of videos up from the TTC though, if I can find the links I'll post them. I'll try to attach my GoPro to my controller next time to get some video. Might be able to get some video of the 2.2 class. Quote:

Look closely at the motor wires... He made "magic smoke" during the sled pull. He toasted his motor, the amount of smoke he put out you would've thought the whole rig was on fire. Quote:

Well this weekend is are work day and fun run at NewRed we are building up the course adding concert to are formed structures and doing some more clean up and adding more obstacles to the course... If any one wants to come out and help and join in the fun come on out... |

Bringing this back to the top The 16th is fast approaching and will be here before you know it! Get those parts ordered if you need them and get those rigs ready to go. I heard about some if the changes that are going to try to happen to the course and I'm stoked. Granted my truck is in a million pieces getting a well overdue overhaul but I'll be ready! Can't wait to see everyone and hit the trail! |

Great day today. Seems like a lot got done for sure. The new bridge looks sweet, adds a BIG obstacle I think we were missing. But with all the ideas we are kicking around...its going to be even better here soon.
