Coven Quest G6 event map and lodging information

As stated before, the event date is incorrect. The correct dates are October 18th and 19th. Here is a good map that will pinpoint the location of the event and the closest lodging info.
The check in location is at Market of Marion, which has yet to be determined, but will be included in the link once established. Here's the link.

Simply click on the link and you'll see the options on the left side with a map and pins on the right. Then click on the name of the lodging facility of your choice to open the contact info to make your reservation.

The rates we have been given have been reduced approximately 15%. Each hotel/motel are asking for reservation to be completed by phone to verify the use of the discount. The key words are " Coven Quest G6". You MUST use the key words to get the discount. Also, they request that all reservation be completed by September 17th.

The following are the discounted rates per hotel/motel. Keep in mind that all the pertinent info is located in the link. Ie. address, phone number, and there websites to further look into there individual amenities.

Understandable. I'm working on more info, I just need a little more time to complete the investigation. I'll post up every piece of info and rates as soon as the info becomes available. :twisted:

This event is being put on by Axial Racing / RECON G6 and they are working in conjunction with many Groups and Company's to bring Florida and the East Coast one of the largest RC events possible...

last year was 25.00 for day and night run and Sunday Terra-X was 25.00

Also from what I have been told the date is still in the air because they might keep the OG date and stay away from the Jeep event so that there is more room and no problems...

In a way I hope it's the OG dates. Have a couple conflicting schedules if it's the 18th & 19th.....

For some reason the map i made vanished. So I updated the first ppst with links to each hotel. Clik, open, call. Don't forget the key works.
