That's pretty rad. What tranny are you using for it? Standard crawling tranny's have too much reduction in them, in my opinion. I was thinking of using a traxxas stampede tranny to build a Foff.

The trans is the regular Goliath direct drive piece. I'm not worried with the torque here is what it did with a sidewinder/4600 combo on 3s... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0l7Ip2Y8TuE

I plan to now use 2s even though I now have metal gears;-)

How about some details on that cage... what vehicle was it meant for?

They're the new Intimidator 2.2 Formula OffRoad tires from RC4WD.

This thing is nice......I will be building one soon...


I have been watching Formula off-road on youtube for a few years and it is awesome I am hearing roomer that they are trying to bring it to the US...
