| Re: --- The Crawler Innovations Water Skippin' FOFFer Build --- In search of new challenges and fresh terrain, Crawler Innovations hit the road during the summer of 2015. One of our stops was White Sands National Monument in New Mexico. White Sands National Monument is a U.S. National Monument located about 16 miles southwest of Alamogordo in western Otero County and northeastern Doņa Ana County in the state of New Mexico, at an elevation of 4,235 feet. CI had an amazing time at the park and this video was filmed there. Link to the White Sands website: https://www.nps.gov/whsa/index.htm This particular video features only three different Crawler Innovations vehicles. Up first is the CI AR60 based Monster truck. Here is a build thread for the vehicle: Crawler Innovations AR60 Monster Truck Basher Test Rig Next is an Axial Yeti with open front diff. It's build thread is here: Crawler Innovations Yeti #1 & Yeti #2 The final vehicle in the video is the CI Foffer and it's the last video of this truck in that form. After the trip the truck was completely disassembled and an all new car is being built to replace it. The build thread for the CI Foffer is here: --- The Crawler Innovations Water Skippin' FOFFer Build --- All three vehicles in the video are using Crawler Innovations 6 Bolt Wheels in the 1.50" Width using Vanquish Products SLW aluminum hubs. The video shows how durable the plastic wheels are. CWR-5004 is the part # for the wheels. All three vehicles are using Crawler Innovations foams. The Monster Truck is using 6.0 Double Deuce, the yeti is using Deuce's Wild 2.2 Tall, and the Foffer is using a soon to be released new Deuce's Wild size. Gavin produced this video for the channel. You have any information of those wheels/rims. They look very light. Looking from page one. |

The rims I am using on this build are extremely light weight. I couldn't find anything light, strong, and resilient on the market, so Crawler Innovations made our own design. The wheels are 1.50" width, 6 Bolt Wheels from Crawler Innovations. They are made by DE Racing for Crawler Innovations, so the quality is excellent. They are the lightest production rim on the market. These rims are specifically designed to fit the Vanquish Products Aluminum SLW Hub System. These rims also have the approval of Vanquish Products for the use of their hub system. The CI part number is CWR-5004 Direct Link: Parts & Accessories - 6 Bolts - 1.50 Thank you for your interest | |

| Re: --- The Crawler Innovations Water Skippin' FOFFer Build --- This is the first video, for an all new build, named "the Progression". The purpose for this rc car is to drive on top of water, consistently, using solid axles. The first version of this car is documented in the links below or the playlist on our YouTube page: Build thread on the RCCrawler Forum: --- The Crawler Innovations Water Skippin' FOFFer Build --- Video 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s_yuG9PbbuI Video 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWiM2jfAQk8 Video 3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Bxd-Ar6mts Video 4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iUo08GdCwhU Video 5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dn7Y76DoTBM Video 6: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-vCsfKBo78 Video 7: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAmW0LPScEY Video 8: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n66TmzabKt4 The water crosser has several other videos on the channel, but those are the main ones in regards to the original build design. The new build design is lighter in over all weight, uses wider axles, and has a longer wheel base than the first design. I would like to sell the custom DMG chassis from this build if anyone is interested. The AR60 version of this car has already been disassembled and the parts moved to a new build.
