Here are the pic's of the changes I had to make. They're not completely finished, just a rough idea where I'm heading. Anyway on with the pic's.




Notching the frame rails is necessary. You'll see.

Here is the revised motor/transmission mount.






The bottom of the transmission will be raised 1/2" to 3/4". My goal is to keep the drive line straight, from the transmission to the transfer case.

Sorry for the delay on the pic's. Here are the ones that didn't get uploaded earlier.





This is why I said the m/t mount needed to be raised, the drive line angle is not to my liking.


And the out put shaft from the transmission is too low.


This picture real shows what I think.


I have to cut the top portion off the m/t mount of so it fits inside the frame rails with out any extra material.

Yup. Tools required: Hammer, chisel, band aids, no girly fainting at the sight of blood, beer, and loud music. Also need to be immune to piss taking bastards like us

As soon as I get home I'm gunna cut the m/t mount down. I have it all sketched out and ready to cut.

Finally got them all to upload, so here they are.

I clamped the 2 pieces together before I cut to make sure they were the same.
