Here are the pic's of the changes I had to make. They're not completely finished, just a rough idea where I'm heading. Anyway on with the pic's. Notching the frame rails is necessary. You'll see. Here is the revised motor/transmission mount. The bottom of the transmission will be raised 1/2" to 3/4". My goal is to keep the drive line straight, from the transmission to the transfer case. |

Sorry for the delay on the pic's. Here are the ones that didn't get uploaded earlier. This is why I said the m/t mount needed to be raised, the drive line angle is not to my liking. And the out put shaft from the transmission is too low. This picture real shows what I think. I have to cut the top portion off the m/t mount of so it fits inside the frame rails with out any extra material. Last edited by stelerzman; 02-21-2013 at 10:19 PM. |

I guess I'll have to keep using the tools I have. As soon as I get home I'm gunna cut the m/t mount down. I have it all sketched out and ready to cut. |

Finally got them all to upload, so here they are. I clamped the 2 pieces together before I cut to make sure they were the same. And here it is installed.:twi sted: That's it for now. |
