Toxoplasma Condii was fighting for the top positions two weeks back!

Drivers gathered for the first course.

Full house points from course one, good start!

I had to go first to the timed course and I took no risks. There really wasn't no point for going too risky.

On the last course I was the only one to make it on the top!

And another victory! Same guys were at the top spots in last Finland Cup competition.

Gap wasn't big, but it was enouhg!

And here is video from the last course! Fun to drive this one!

Rig seems to be working flawless and with third victory from the next comp on saturday, I can ensure the third Finnish Champion title for this bud. We are after it!

The third Rc-Foff Finland Cup competition is now behind. And what an awesome comp it was - yet again!

Beautiful day rises in Finland!

On first course I didn't manage to drive to the top so I had to raise the bar for the next one.

The chassis and the tires are working great. I just had to drive few comps to get to know how they'll act.

On timed course I had suprisingly good performance as well!

Third victory in Finnish series meant, that this bud will be crowned Finnish Champion in the next competition! Yeeeeee haawww!!

There are the results. I had a decent lead to the second.

Here is a clip from course three. I was really fortunate to finish it. The end of it was really tricky.

There has been some pretty darn good performances for this thing lately. I hope this will continue on friday and saturday when we'll have our team Olympics. One comp which will be held only once in four years. That one I really want to win. Let's see how it turns out!

Thanks man!

Our Team's Olympics are now behind. Four years ago I came second with this rig and only lost for about 70 points to the winner. This year, I finally got what I was seeking; the olympic gold!

Winner with the famous potato Jack Slayer!

The results from the comp. After the first day it was really tight, but then the others fell from the sledge.

There is course number six. I was the only one to score a perfect score from that one. Really proud of it. There was ten courses all together and all of them were really tough... I managed to get the best score and can now be confident as we head down to the Rc-Foff Finland Cup final just after three weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to score well again!

Thanks!

Now I'm back from the final competition of Finnish Nationals Foff series.

Four victories in four comps. Can't just be dissapointed with this result!

A difference of four hundred points in six course comp is something brutal. Keeping in mind, that a best score that you can get from a course is 350 points.

Here's video of the last course of the day. What a fantastic way to end this series!

Here are the three best of Rc-Foff Finland Cup 2014 Modified class!

And here are the results of the season.

We still have three smaller comps to go in this season. Hopefully I'll be able to get some pics from the next one! Let's just continue in the good mood. Now I just have to constantrate to crawling, cause I'm heading to Rhode Island.

Thanks mate!

We had our fifth Foff Cup competition on last saturday.

This time I have photos only from the timed course.

Where I managed to run well.

Here is a video from my second course of the day. It went really well bearing in mind, that no one was able to clear it.

It was a really tight comp with the new owner of my previous rig. He drove really well this time! 20 points is like one touch of a gate, so it was close one for sure. I had few dumb mistakes there, but let's hope I can fix those to the next comp which is on saturday. After that, there's only one comp left of the season 2014. Thumbs up for saturday!

Another foff comp behind for this season.

Mornings course building. This was the tough course two, which nobody made to the top.

"Well look down that gate!"

Sometimes you have to be the antenna. Next year I'll drive this with my 4PKS.

All the way to the top. The only way for me.

Course number three was also very fun to drive! Only thing was my batteries. They didn't seem to work too well.

Then on the timed course I made few saves. Was 20 second slower than the best, but I finished still.

After the timed course opponents started to gain and one got even ahead of me, so I was quite nervous for the last two courses.

And not making this up...

Here is a video from course three, which went really well!

And here are the results. Again a little marginal to the second, but it was enough.

Since this was the last comp of the 2014 Foff Cup here are the results of the series. Managed to get first after all those second positions on spring.

We have one more comp in this season. It's three weeks from now on november. Nothing much to do to rig. Just charge batteries and go!

Last comp of season 2014 is now history. Again excellent comp without any bigger problems!

Here you can see the type of terrain, where the last comp was held.

SC & Modified rigs are ready for the first course.

In the comp my driving was good. Nothing very dramatic happened and I was able to pull another victory.

Here is course number four. Clean run and only one to make it to the summit.

Hadesbear was going well all the comp, but couldn't find a course to attack.

For next season there will be no big changes to this rig. It has been working awesome this season. New batteries and for the radios new Futaba 4PKS and that's about it. Will show some pics from the preparations to next season when it happens. The first comp of 2015 will be the snow comp on February.

I'll add a new thread soon of my Unlimited class rig also.

Update!

A new überlight skid by DravTech to SuDu One chassis. I was thinking on getting the weight off from the chassis. Step by step...

Feeling really lazy now that we have snow. I should at least go and drive that sand off the tires.

Got a free Cell Block from Crawler Innovations with my order!

That's really cool! Thanks Eddie!

Long time without updates. Season opener is getting closer and I have to do the yearly maintenance to this thing, so here we go:

Not a lot of new parts yet. Let's rip it apart.

Starting with the tires.

Weight with wet foams and a lot of sand in them.

I'll let the foams dry few days. That's the sand what was found in the tires.

Then I put a new grease to my transmission and the new skid from DravTech!

I'll put the motor other way around so it'll sit more in front.

Next thing will be to check how's the rear axle doing.

Quite a lot of sand in there. New bearings and grease. That should do the trick.

And of course some cleaning.

That's where I'll continue on tomorrow.

Let's continue where we left yesterday.

Rear axle completed. Washed, greased and new bearings added.

Next up. Front AR60 axle.

I was doing so good job with this, that I forgot to take any pictures. Anyhow, now it's finished. It was way better shape than rear axle.

I reassembled the tires and look what we have here. 30g of sand is gone!

Then I moved all the electronics a bit more forwards.

It's still a bit mess, even when I shortened few of the wires...

But it works! I'll be driving my foff's with 4PKS.

I got the weight of the rig little bit forwards now. It's ready for some snow bashing.

I'll add photos, when we go to drive with them on satrurday.

Awesome rigs and an excellent use of the Sudu chassis! Can't wait for mine to show up so I can get started building and get it to the sand. Sudu+sand=FOFF monster!

Thanks man! You'll love the SuDu!

I took the rig for a spin today.

All set and testing a one battery option.

With paddles it was just like huuge drifting round there!

Sideways 110% of the time.

800mAh battery seemed to be working well in there. It's a whole lot of different occasion, when it has grip though.

Just couldn't get it to go straight line.

Everything seems to be working now. I think it will be soon ready for The Winter Foff Competition.

That snow is stuffed in everywhere.

Scene which quite possibly will be the hill for the comp.

We will see it after two more weeks.
