Default Building a foff rig

Hey so iv got a rc4wd bully 2 MOA comp crawler. Would this be a good rig to build a foff out of.
Solid locked MOA axles, titanium links, carbon chassis, Holmes hobbies torque master be mini dual ESC. At the moment its running crawlmaster 16t(equal to 35t motors as its a 5 armature rather then 3) on 3s.
I'm wondering if I run 4s with this motor setup will it work for foff or should I run a faster motor setup?
Also is motir on axle going to work OK for foff? I Wont be competing but I live at the Stockton sand dunes in NSW Australia. Basically 20km of Hugh foff perfect dunes.
I'll be running paddle tires of course too.

Thanks guys, keen to get this rig built.
