changing the setup almost on a monthly basis. just trying different things to see what works and what doesn't. was sprung setup now full droop, 21t motor to a 45t motor but now running a 60t fireball brushed setup and works well. 3000 zippy batteries. im not a huge fan of the shocks and control arm setup. shocks still leak even after using plumbers thread tape. will be upgrading to 100mm-120mm shocks soon. just ordered a delrin skid plate and hope that moving the lower control arms inward should help it flex more as they were binding up a little. tossing up if i should go with rear steer or a dig setup.

Finally got her buttoned up. This is my 2nd R1, but the first one was bought lightly used so i didn't get the fun of the build. I had a traxxas esc and higher torque servo laying around, and threw in a cheap venom 19t just to see what kind of fun i can have on 2000mah 2s i picked up for it. I threw on all the goodies available for it, and think it won't be too long till i get a velineon setup and run some of my older 3s batteries. Now, about the lack of steering...

2nd Place. Competed against mostly Wraiths.
The bad steering angle and tendency to straight cost me a lot of points.

Mamba Max ESC and Futaba R2104GF RX all mounted in front under the cover.
