| About to by me a G-Made R1
Hello. I'm about to buy me a R1 crawler. But before I place my order I would like to have some info. I will in first hand set the R1 as a crawler. I think of puting in a Novak Goat 3S Crawler Brushless System Combo with 18.5 Novak ballistic engine. What do you all think about that setup? And I would like to have Dig. Where can I get that? What I understand G-made have an option gear box with dig. But I can't find where to buy it? Or is there any other option? Is it more that I should know about before I place my order. And sorry if my English is bad. I'm from Sweden and sometimes I have some problems with the writing. Regards bebbe / Sweden Last edited by bebbe; 12-20-2011 at 09:42 AM. |

I run the Novak Crawler ESC with a Novak 55t motor and 10t pinion. Works great for crawling. This is a link to the Gmade R1 dig unit. R1 Dig System J47011 – RC Run Upgrades I would suggest are bent lower links, Ripper7777 delrin skid plate, HB Rover tires, low CG plates, and Rear Wheel Stearing. Hope this helps. |
