i know someone did something like i want to do running gmade axles on a scx10 chassis what do i need to make the axles work with the frame and can i use the gmade tranny or do i have to use the axial i have a 55 turn terra claw motor and a dynamite tazer speed control so im not going fast i just want to crawl thanks everybody |

I did this with mine. I used honcho links for the lowers and car tie rods for the uppers. Now that I have the lengths, I'll make my own links I used the axial tranny just because it bolted right in. Finding drive shafts was a complete pain though. |

Sweet I'm about to blend the same for a jeep project. What issues did you have with drive shafts then? |

My issues came with the rear drive shaft length. When I ordered Junfac shafts for a honcho, the rear was too short by about 10mm. I ended using the rear honcho Junfac shaft for the front and had to buy a punisher shaft for the rear. It's obscenely big, but it was the only shaft I could find that fit for the rear. At least I dont have to worry about breaking it. Here's a comparison from the rear to the front shaft. | |
