Default 1.9 scaler r1 fastback

I've only seen a few of these r1 chassis built to look scale but I think they are a great platform that's light and durable.

I widened the chassis and added some front and back tubing as well as a chassis mounted servo

Been wanting to build one of these out of my spare R1 chassis, your cms and cage mods add a tougher and meaner scale look, great job!

Nice work! Looks like you put a ton of effort into putting that together. Out of curiosity, what are you running for axles on that? Is the cage the only G-made part left of that build?

Thanks fellas, I'm running just good old scx10 axles and tranny. Pretty much the only thing that is still gmade on it is both cage sides. Not even the skid plate is gmade. Kind of a crappy picture but you can see the scx axle they are a nice width for this chassis and look much closer to scale.

Do you have anymore pictures that you'd be willing to share? I'm going to be building one of theses soon.

Here is a pic of my other 1.9 r1 chassis I'm going to rebuild it and probably do a short build thread in the 1.9 section. Your welcome to follow.
