| GTSLOW's R1.
Since I've got 400 threads in here why not another. I guess I'll run this as a constantly updated build thread. Here's the run down: - GMade R1 kit - Savox 1230 Servo - Hobbywing 1060 ESC - Spektrum DX2 TX/310 RX - Axial 55t motor - 2s 5200mAh 30C packs (way way way to big) - JunFac R1 bent lower links - JunFac high clearance skid - Hot Bodies Rover Blue dots - Unknown brand aluminum beadlocks That's about it. Only other mod is I've done is water ballooned the receiver to protect it from water contact/splashes. Ordered a small assortment of 3s 1500-1800mAh packs to decide which to stick with. It's been running great so far! |

Looks great! Picked up one of these in a swap deal recently. Not keen on the stock rims but it had the wideners fitted and the hex's were turning in the wheel. Got some pink hb rovers in the post yesterday and a delrin bottom plate on the way...just need to decide on some reasonably priced beadlocks now. Sent from my LG-D855 using Tapatalk |

Added: LCG servo and front axle battery mount. Removed battery tray while relocating the rear upper roof bar to the rear. Running a 3s 3000mah short pack on the front axle. |
