From what I'm seeing, they say mid to late September.

That is on a few retail sites.

FYI....Gom (곰) means 'bear' as an animal in Korean.

If you watch the video it looks like a lot of torque twist is present. That's my only fear with this kit at this point.

I was thinking the same thing, but its not like we've never dealt with torque twist before.

Looks like a good runner, hard to tell about TT the way the video is done. A slow speed crawl without tire spin would show much better, but a swaybar can help this.

This shows torque twist. It doesn't look that bad though.

Eh, maybe it's difficult to see for sure. Would help to see it climbing a smooth upward angle rather than uneven rock outcroppings. Great test is drive head on up against your garage door or wall with all four tires on concrete or asphalt driveway and give it some throttle.

How many here that get one would keep the stock GMade shocks? New shocks, new wheels/tires, and new driveshafts likely in that order, too. Lol.

I actually really like Gmade shocks, but the stock springs are normally overly stiff. I bet the kit tires are mediocre at best, so they will probably never get mounted, and I refuse to run plastic wheels on a crawler. Not saying aluminum is better, it's just my preference. Plastic drive shafts are a joke. I'll never even put them together.

Why would you change the shocks? GMade makes great shocks. That's why a lot of people put them on their Axials.

I'm still running the stock, plastic driveshafts on my GMade Sawback. This rig will have more speed and probably more abuse, but the plastic shafts might surprise you.

Wheels and tires are replaced on every kit.

The shocks were the worst part I had on the R1.
Garbage.

Did it have the G-Transition shocks? Those are the only GMade shocks that I'd call garbage. I hate those ****ers!

I just checked and, yes, the R1 has G-Transition shocks. I agree that those are leaky garbage. I bought one set. Never again.

I found a picture of the sway bar setup... had to go to gmade's Korean site.

Looks like it will be just under $50 and attach to the rear of the cage.

This will be my first purchase once available. Besides electronics of course.

Also, a bearing for the slipper clutch will be a fast upgrade. As of now the manual shows a plastic bushing. Which isn't a big deal as it is only used when the slipper slips. But a bearing can't hurt.

For those who get this kit after preorder, 5.5mm metal ball for all the links will be a good thing to invest in. I believe all pre orders ship with a bag of aluminum balls in the box.

Even the sway bars are copied, lol. They literally took the most popular stuff from a few rigs and made the GOM, LOL. I am kinda interested in one though.
