Gom shock settings

Hi all. Just wondering what people are doing for their shock setup. Low pressure or high pressure build? Also what's the difference.? Also what piston are people selecting and why? 2 or 3 or 4 hole.

Thanks in advance.

I did 3 hole with 30 weight. 3 because it’s right in the middle and I was just trying it out but it seems to work for what I’m using the truck for.

I too went with the 3 hole. Found it to be too firm in the front. Suspension basically doesn't move when driving. I put 10wt in the front and it seems right, the rear needs around 20 with 3 holes. Just my opinion, but lighter weight makes it look much better on the rocks.
