Its leagues ahead of the Sawback, I own a MST CFX and a heavily modded Sawback and a Twin Hammer. Its as good as anything else TBH. Driveshafts? Not used it yet, but the design is good. I like the extra capturing of the drive pins in them. Cant comment on their longevity as I've not moved it under its own power yet.

Ah, at the time they had shadow stock, and when threatened with going to them rather than waiting for Modelsport they knocked the £15 off..

It’s so much easier to get a discount if you vote with your feet, it’s shame I’m at least a 4hrs round trip from Wheelspin and even further away from Modelsport lol

Anyway back on subject, what do you think of the kit tyres? I’ve got a set of SSD Steel D holes for them to go on, but if they are junk I may just sell them and get something else

Kit arrived, had a quick look in the box and all looks good, I will start my build later today, I’ve got a SRT 23kg waterproof servo, HW1080 esc and a cheapo RC4WD 35t Motor to go in it. Also got a set of SSD Steel D Holes here for the build and Ive just ordered a set of Rock Beast 1.9 scale tyres from RC Mart, I can’t wait to crack on

I enjoyed the build, just make sure you have the screw bags organized and it's straight forward. Never had to trim, mod anything. Very impressed with the kit.

I’ve finished the axles and made a start on the gear box, I’ve been pretty impressed so for, the way the Chubs and lockouts key on to the axle cases is most excellent, dude...
