Nice man! I can't wait to see how yours turns out. I plan to do the Axial Universal with Wraith knuckles mod, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Should order up the rear shock brace and sway bar if you haven't already too.

Someone also did a mod on the shifter block and replaced the plastic slider with a modified metal standoff piece. To help prevent the shifting from getting stuck. Other's have put washers between the shift housing to let it move more freely.
I haven't done anything to mine yet, but I also don't shift that often on the fly and mine seems to be working so far.

Yeah, i plan to order the sway bar kit... Or maybe run 2x shocks for the rear...

As for the shifter, i add grease and will see how it goes, for now, it seems pretty smooth... I won't shift that often too so shouldn't be an issue here...

That's seriously rad.

What's parts availability like for the Gmade trucks?

I just snapped another pin on my front axle and would recommend using longer 12mm axle pins (stock is too short by a hair) as well as the barrels with set screw from this kit https://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/jun90131.htm though Junfac may have the barrel all by itself by now possibly. The barrel with set screw keeps the pin in place, when its allowed to move it tends to break (meaning the stock setup)

More info and pics on the axle pins and barrel here HumboldtEF's Gmade Gom Build HumboldtEF's Gmade Gom Build
