Spur Gear For G-Made GOM GR01

Need help if possible. Is there a 56T 32P Metal Spur Gear replacement for the plastic one that comes in the Gmade GR01 GOM ROCK BUGGY kit. Would anyone know of one from another manufacturer that would work.

I have looked all over and no one makes upgrade spur gears for any gmade trucks. I have seen websites sell spur gear sets but they don’t have the same tooth count but not sure if the will fit in the axle.

This should work... use some Axial slipper pads and it should drop right in, no?

This one even has the slipper pads. For $20, worth a shot...

If you do this make sure the pinion is hardened steel or it will get chewed up over time.

If you're looking for a metal spur for the purpose of "upgrading" just know that plastic spurs hold up pretty damn well as long as your mesh is setup correct. Metal on metal gears are also louder.

I did a full metal spur and pinion on a Wraith 2.2 and it was not worth it, I chewed up a few pinions before I realized I needed a hardened steel pinion. I ended up pulling it out eventually as it did nothing for me but add weight.
