Nice to see, that there is another "old" sawback still "in use". Concerning the tracks -- I have the same -- bought for one of my Axial SCX10, a couple of years before direct from china. They fit alot of cars like Tamiya CC-01, SCX10 -1, Tamiya MF-01X, Tamiya CW-01, CR 01 .... with some minor adjustments. you could find them for examle here: Team Raffee Co. Tamiya CC01 Tamiya Cc01 Track Systems Conversion Kit For Snow & Mud Front TRC/110603F Maybe also at "integy" Spare tracks might be awailable ... ... sure -- in top conditions! -- My Sawback / Willys will me never leave ... I have all the spares in a box to keep him alive for the next decades and I still love, how the leave spring works and my relatively heavy chassis performs. Totaly oldschool but like a pathfinder -- always prepared. There also exist alot newer pics, but since photobucket blurred all my pics, and I have not found a good working way for me to post pics here ... there is no update. And I can't be a supporting member in every forum, I post unregularly ... More agressive tracks ... When I bought mine -- years ago -- there was also another more aggressive design awailable. But I cannot find them anymore. I used them only in the light frozen snow -- and this worked wery well. Regards Wolf |

| Re: My Sawback -- Thank īs .. No -- no FB nor IG ... I don't see the necessitiy, to share such an amount of private information ,tracking and much more with "the whole world". Ok -- sometimes it could be useful or helpful ... (one day , perhaps , I spend some time with thinking about that ... earlier or .... later ) Prior I will look for an alternative ... Regards Wolf |
