Nothing broken. My pinion gear teeth were cut strangely and it was very noisy. I replaced it with a RR 12 tooth pinion.

Well i went for an awesome group rin today and im happy to say the only issues i had was popped a front drivshaft apart which i was able to just put back together. I did not go easy on this truck at all with a titan 12turn on 3s. Aldo performed very well and had the lot impressed with its capablity

The only drama I have had was the pin came out of the rear tailshaft joint but I just hammered a nail in there and has been sweet ever since,

Pin on one of the front dogbones wiggled out causing it to bind up bending the head of the dogbone. I then snapped it off trying to straighten it back. Used an old exceed axle i had in the parts bin. Had to cut it down a little but is in place running smooth again.

Wow, first real break I've heard of. Maybe a faulty part? Any pics?

When I pulled mine out to install the cva's, they showed a lot of wear for the few hours I had on my Sawback. Inferior metal and heat treat in my opinion.

Did the pinion gear swap yesterday just as race18 had done earlier to help quiet down some of the transfer case chatter. So far just a bent leafspring & the pinion but haven't actually broken anything yet.

I had the set screw on the driveshaft yoke back out, and the pin fell out. A new pin and some more loctite took care of the problem. Everything else is solid.

Just a thought. Being as this is direct drive(no slipper) having a plastic drive line joint separate or drop a pin is actually quite nice. Upgrading to the cvds will remove this simple failure point and now the transmission/driveline/and diff are going to take the grunt of the torque. In my book, I'll repair driveshafts all day long opposed to replacing a ring and pinion or trans gears. Again, just a thought.

I may as well post an update, another 4 hours of hard trail running today and I still haven't broken a thing.. That brings me up to about 60 hours on this rig!
