Default Has anyone 4-linked their Sawback?

My Sawback has been running perfectly since day 1, haven't broken a single part yet. I love the way the rig drives now, but it's just so bouncy even with the hard leaf setup! I guess dozens of hours of use has really softened things up.

I'm thinking of throwing on some SCX10 shocks and some custom links and try out a 4-link setup. Has anyone else tried? I remember their being mention of a 4-link setup in the manual somewhere...

You should experiment and let us know how it goes! That sounds like a cool idea. I have not had much time to play with my Sawback yet and I am waiting for a rear bumper and roll cage from Scalerfab.

The Sawback is bouncy because it has no dampening action in the shocks, just another spring.
A lot of the bounce goes away if you replace the shocks. I tried SCX10 shock with the spring removed, perfect fit and works a treat.

Would this kit fit? I guess it would give an idea of what to fabricate. 4 Link Kit For Trail Finder 2 Rear Axle

I have been looking at these things and they look super easy to link.
