Default Crawling @ Papago today (lots of pics)

I took a couple of my shafties out for a walk @ Papago today. Buster was going crazy!!! This climb is wicked tough!!! Even Kevin and Ron's sticks had problems with this spot last Sunday.

My TXT-1 was bumming me out at first. I could get NO traction on the red rocks with my BFTs. I moved 50yrds to the North and found killer hook up on the darker rocks.

Default Nice Job Mike

That one face is so deceiving, it does not look hard but it tends to make most people look like bad. Nice job man.

Yep, that's a Parma lexan Clodbuster body. If your looking for one Parma still makes it. Check with your LHS, they came order them.

I think you need to cut up the tires and put the lugs you cut off on the inside and outside of the tires for side bitter and it will help alot because it gives you more room for the tire to wrap around the rocks better. that is just my 2 cents

Awesome pics man, and thanks for inviting me to go schmuck! JK. Tread cutting and adding sidebiters might help, but some of the rock up there has been walked on so much (it's a MAJOR trail that hikers/tourists/sightseers use) that pretty much like glass. It's incredibly hard to find traction in some spots.
