KC, I drilled out my revos and test fit them on the transmission and pinion shaft. I don't have metric size drill bits so instead I drilled what I knew was a bit small and tested, drilled and tested. I ended up w/ 5/16" at the transmission. I went a hair larger, 21/64" at the pinion shaft.

The tranny has not had a flat spot "installed" yet, I plan to do that this weekend. To do the pinion right I am going to disassemble the diffs and press on. Both of them are a tight fit, and might need to be enlarged a tad bit. I ended up with an extra package of yokes, good to have as spares so I plan on drilling them out and tossing them in the toolbox.

Only thing I saw I didn't like was they are plastic and don't go onto the tranny shaft very far. I also drilled them as slow as possible to try and prevent warpage and to make sure they were as straight as possible. Changing yokes was easy, just remove one of the small e clips, push pin out, replace and reinstall.
