Default Servo Mount

What are some of the pro's and con's of mounting the servos on the clod gearbox and axle tube brace. And which method would be considered the best way to mount the servos.

The "best way" is considered by most to be mounted on the axle brace. The reason for this being that the servo is more out of harms way. But you will find different people like different things.

As for me, I like to mount my front servo backwards and upside down on the axle brace and have the steering setup Behind The Axle (aka BTA steering). And I set up the rear steering in the typical axle brace way.

For more info. about BTA steering go to Does "behind the axles" limit artic?

and there is also a Clod Forum where you can find info.
