| Hey guys I have been into rc for about a year now and i have became addicted. I now have a fully modded savage build for bashing see pic: ![]() a couple stadium trucks and so on... BUT now its time for a crawler. I think i want to just get some mad force axles ( Ive read around the forum and seems to me they are a good choice because of the ability to change their length) And i plan to use an e-maxx tranny becuase it seems to be a fav among you guys... a couple questions however. I just use the motor mount plate that comes with the e-maxx tranny correct? shave off one motor mount side if using one motor seems like a praubable idea. I see lots of guys using com lathe motors to power their crawlers. So i think I will go with this setup becuase it seems easy relable and the price is right... is two motors worth the extra cost in an esc? or is one motor plenty..... I am thinking of using on of those something something 600 reduction boxes also... I think that this will be a very fun project and i should learn quite abit from it. Also I live in phoenix arizona as i see some of the boardmembers do also. i would love to hook up with some of you guys to check out your crawlers for ideas. thanx alot guys I am looking ofrward to getting lots of usefull ideas from this page! thank you in advance!!!!!! |

| I've ran two motors and I've run one, it all depends on how you wanna run, it ran fine with just one motor and run times were awesome. |
