im not sure how x faxtor knuckles are but not sure if it will work with 40 series.these wheels have a pretty nice offset to them and i had to trim the a arms up a bit.its a tight fit tho.
just try it to see if it would work.
ive never seen batts on a maxx like this, lol so thats why i did it

One thing to consider would be save up and invest in some good strong servos, something with 250+oz/in of torque, preferably 300+. Nothing sucks more than having a nice rig when you can't make it turn.

im just gonna do it big and get a 1/4 scale mack daddy hs-805bb
lol i think it will fit right on the a arm there.

that tube chassis looks the works, man, in fact the whole rig look pretty tight. It amazes me the lengths you Super guys will go to to get ALL you weight down by the wheels

those batteries weigh alot.lol they make nice wheels weights too.
the weight diffrence between the front axle and rear is huge.
but when this thing hooks over a ledge or sumthin it pulls right up

Man that is super sweet, and unique too. I don't think I've seen anything close to it before.

One comment, and one question; I love the fact that it is indy suspension, you hardly ever see that anymore, but how does the steering linkage work with that? Does it bind up or limit travel?

Great pics too.

--did'ja consider just making two links from the servo, one to each knuckle, instead of making the cross from knuckle to knuckle? Seems like that might've made for less suspension limitations.
