Default Customer Service You Must Read This

I was contacted today by steve s and he is a very nice person to deal with and tries every way he can to help I was suprised honestly how much the company seem's to care about us crawlers and in a short time all the issues with the part's will be taken care of and there will be OPTIANAL PARTS avalible not to long from now.If you have any issue's with th trucks pm or call steve at the number I listed in the customer service thread the number that was posted by steve no longer works.The company is swamped right now trying to keep up with demand so please be patient and everything will be taken care of and if it isint STEVE GET'S CEMENT SHOE'S

well hopefully when you was contacted by Steve, I sure hope you learned to use the spell check on your reply

Steve....found a couple of typos/oversights in the FAQ..

Your 1:6 scale Rock Crawler has a 90 day limited warranty on the Rock Crawler and controller and a 6 month limited warranty on the 12-volt battery included wit the crawler.

Q. My vehicle is running slowly or will not move or steer. What could be the problem?

A. Please refer to the Trouble Shooting page in your Instruction Manual or click on the following link to the review the Trouble Shooting section of Instruction Manual.
