I like the berg upper 4 link mount. You hijack those off a set of bergs or can you buy just the mounts? I've been looking around but i can seem to find them.

So I Have Had Them Out A Few Time For A Total Of 5 Pack And I Have Had Only A Few Issues. 1. The Hardware On These Is Very Soft And Poor. I Changed All Of It To Black M3 Hardware. Also I Had An Issue With An Axle Tube Loosening Up. All That Was Solved With Locktite. 2. I Broke The Clear Tranny Cover On My First Outing.not A Huge Deal But Come On. 3. After 5 Packs I Took Them Apart To Check Them Out And The Spool Is Showing Signs Of Wear. I Am Going To Put O Ring In The Cups And See If That Helps And Ordered The Berg Part As A Spare. Thankfully They Are Interchangable. I Hope Hot Racing Makes A Steel Or Stainless Version.as A Replacement. 4. ALSO DID THE SHOCK MOD SO I CAN GET AWAY FROM FUEL TUBING. I CUT THE LOOP OFF THE TOP CAP AND SCREWED A REVO ROD END TO IT. SMOOTHED IT OUT A BUNCH AND GAVE ME A LITTLE MORE ADJUSTMENT IN CHASSIS HIEGHT . ALL IN ALL I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE KAMIKAZE KUSTOMS 4.0,AND THE HOT RACING AXLES. ILL BEAT THEM UP SOME MORE AND REPORT BACK . Last edited by BILLYGOAT; 09-25-2008 at 02:12 PM. |
