| 1.9 Knuckle Weights
So with VP putting out the new XR10 brass knuckles product line and the various other vendors doing knuckle weights, I can't help but noticing that they're all for 2.2's. Does anyone produce a knuckle weight that is designed specifically for 1.9's? I figure if I get desperate enough, I can always run super wide hubs or mill down the 2.2 weights for 1.9 wheels, but I'd think at some point a vendor would make a set of 1.9 weights. So am I just not digging deep enough or is the demand just not there for a 1.9 weight system?

| That is the question and why it is on the back burner.... FYI, there is already a way to run knuckle weights on the 1.9's. You just need to put LCC knuckles on the MRC axle. I am going to start working on MRC specific knuckle weights soon as I will have my own tooling to possibly do it. It will take awhile though. I dont even have the machine in my hands yet. |

How about the Axial axle? I'm guessing the knuckles are completely different and wont come close to matching? It'd be real nice to get some weight out of my wheels for my scaler.

I want some 1.9 also, but I dont understand the products being aluminum knuckles and brass weights. So I am going to machine my own knuckle and weight all in one from steel 1.9 and 2.2 for my berg.

I am not sure if it is possible on your application, but you could always just wrap the knuckles with lead wire. Cheap and easy!

Erik, ya, totally didn't realize they were 1.5" in diameter; those would work great.
