Default piggyback shocks?

hey guys i was just wondering if there were any advantages to using piggy back shocks in rc

from what i was told they are useful in 1:1 applications for keeping the oil temp in the shock down but would shock oil in a 1:10 rc really benifit from this?

Can't imagine they would. The 1:1 units get hammered on pretty hard in race conditions, much more than a crawler would, no matter the scale. If you really want to know how big of a difference they would make to us, look at some serious comp rigs and see what they run.

Not worth the expense IMHO.
