| My first crawler
Never build one before. Always wanted one so here it it. Full droop set-up 2.5" belly clearance 80% Anti-squat/Anti-dive front and rear Less then 1% over steering (flex steer) 3.875" Roll center Body is 2.75" wide Here are the specs: -I designed the chassis on Solidworks had it laser cut. -The skid plate is 3/8" Delrin -Tranny is AX10 -Motor is an Integy 55T -Gears are 87 tooth and 14 tooth No Slipper (no idea the names, spur and pinion i think) -MIP drive shafts -Heavily modified RC4WD shocks (jato Shock lower flex joint, Traxxas small upper flex joints, Airtool oil) -AX10 Axles -6 cell 1800 MAH split pack (will soon switch to LIPO's) -AX10 Spoked rims -Servo is hitech 645. Items yet to be installed/arrive from random people around north america -Rooster crawler -TQ3 Remote / receiver -Losi rock claws This build was done on a budget, some items are not the best but will eventually swap out. I have Delrin that i will be making lower links later on. Enjoy |
