So i went down the the hobby shop yesterday to see what i could find to use for springs....as the ones that come with it are way to stiff. all the 2.2 springs that i found were too large in diameter and way to stiff. So i bought some mini-t rear springs knowing that they were too small in diameter. But i cut them down to 4 coils and put the bottom of the shock on the small diameter shaft. they are very soft, and got a good 10 degrees of articulation. And they still maintain a ride height. I got three different rate springs for 8.00 bucks, and it only take 2 rear springs to the whole truck. Zack.... ps, i will try to get some pics up later. |
