what do you guys think......

I've been out of rc's for a while and am starting a new build. I bought a used WK off e-bay for the axles, and came up with this chassis design. The 2 sides will both be one piece that I'm cutting it out of 3mm aluminium, with a delrin skid on the bottom. I'm not sure if anyone has tried something like this before, or if it will work. Just looking for feedback from the experts."thumbsup"

never mind guys, the more i look around here it looks like several of similar chassis' are around and working.
