Default Where to buy a good Hand Wound 45t Motor ?

I am looking to get a nice Hand Wound 45t Motor for my Axial AX10.
Holmes seems to have nice ones, but everything is out of stock. :(

Anyone know of a good place to get one, that has them in stock?

Also, just how much more torque do some of these hand wounds have?
I know alot of people use typical 55t motors, but they are just a bit too slow for my taste, I want just a bit more wheel speed.
Thats my reasoning behind a hand wound 45t, bit more speed, but hopefully close to the same torque.

Any in particular that you would recommend?
Its just hard to tell which are better than the others, they basically all have the same blanket statement and description.
