| With all these new crawlers, which is the one to get?
I see there are a TON of new crawlers on the market. So with that said, which one would you get, and why? Axial Venom Integy Kyosho (price is a factor there) Losi 1/10 Berg Traxxas I am fully digging the losi, but the other ones are pretty darn PIMP as well. I am considering selling the tuber, and buying one of these to play around with. Dima |

I myself chose the Berg, it is very competitive and has alot of aftermarket support. BERG FTW!!!

Build yer own. It's much more satisfying. As with all kits, mods are usually needed, so, skip the BS and do it yer-self!!! |

It is impossible to say with the information you have given. If you plan on competing and have a decent budget then I would suggest a Berg. If you are not fond of the MOA then get an Axial ARTR. I own the Kyosho and unless you just want something really different and have a huge budget than skip it. Not worth the $450, I would pay $250 and thats about it. Can't say much about the Venom or the Losi yet. The Venom looks OK, it looks like it has way to much articulation out of the box and I don't care for the axle skid plates. The transmission looks massive. I am sure it will be capable of being turned into a comp worthy crawler. Losi, same thing, we will have to see if it is beefy enough. If it is then it will likely be the best shafty available on the market. But we gotta wait |

I just built my first rig and went with some berg axles and zero 3.5. I plan on using it for just fun but the odd comp and am extremely happy with it Im running dual 50T v10s and it crawls sweet but also makes a ton of wheel speed. Also the simple 2 switch 1 micro servo digs work mint and is cheap to do.

gonna be a long time for the aftermarket to catch up with the losi and make the purchaser able to 'personalize' it to the level we can with our scorpions...if youve got the itch, just get an axial, its obviously not going to be a bad descision is this dominique off pirate? |

axial would be the best bet unless you plan to build a Hard Core comp. rig. Then I would go with a Berg or maybe the Losi. The axial has all kinds of upgrades and makes a great comp. rig as well but I would suggest just buying the axles and tranny and getting an aftermarket chassis and shocks. The SWX and Losi shocks would be a good choice Or a slingshot and some revo shocks. |

I have built my own tuber with axial stuff, but I was thinking about another fun rig just to play around with. Dima | |
