Yes the r2 is 32p. I would start with a 14 tooth pinion and go from there.

How many volts are you running. An R2 with a 14t pinion and 7 volts is slow compared to an R2 with a 12t and 12 volts. I'm running 3s and a 14t in my scale 2.2

I am running 8.4 volts. I ordered a 20t pinion yesterday. Do you think that the r2 will hold up? or am i gonna grenade it?
