Default "THE TAG" Chassis Build

“THE TAG”

Well Happy Year to me, my chassis is done….. “THE TAG”
Thanks go out to roborg5000 and silvr_tung_devl without your guys help this chassis would not be sitting here getting ready to be built.

So “THANKS”

THE TAG chassis
Hot Racing Axles
Mayhem Engineering Double Phatty Wheels
Hot Racing ROVER tires
GMADE 104mm shocks
Fubarcrawlers HR lockouts
Integy V11 45t Motors
STRC steering Knuckles

The Chassis weighs in at 2.2 oz with Aluminum side plates and Delrin skid plates and braces.

Well here it is “THE TAG” this build thread will go though the night….. I hope you enjoy the build and thanks in advance for your opinions and comments.

I wish everyone here on RCC a very Happy 2009 ………………..

I have been running the HPI Rock Grappers and Thought i would try the HB Rover tires. I like the ripping on the inside of the side wall. I have heard great thinks so we will see.

I like the very short skid plate. That looks like the shortest production skid I have scene. Well done. I am very interested to read how this performs. The GC2 proved to me how important a short skid is and yours is even shorter since your don't have to compensate for a trans, dig unit or drive shafts. Good luck.

Well time to build these axles
i wish i had an ax10 to pull parts from instead of starting from needing everything to finish them.

Time for the lower links ..... i'm using INTEGY bent links, all you need to add is your rod ends of choice, I'm using #2742 traxxas rod ends
