Default Got a Jeep

Well I bought the 1/18th Jeep tonight. I havent even ran it yet and Im takin it all apart lol.

Tires are funny. All 4 looked out of round. Turned out they are glued to the inner rim and screwed down. The glue job sucked so I cut the tires off and I will re glue them.

Painted the beadlocks with DuPont Metal Blue. Looks anodized. I managed to chip most of the chrome off of the center caps trying to get them off. So they will be painted as well. Gloss Black maybe.

Anyways....pics...

Wheels turned out pretty good!

You'll notice a slowing of your maxx project now, I consider miniscule paint projects progress on mine(painted my motor plate tonight and got set up with a 540 mabuci till I get my lathe). I just got finished stretching front and rear of my jeep. Now I have almost 90 degree departure angle and about 100 degree approach. Ditching the stinger will help a ton on the rocks. I don't even think my tires are glued at least the one rim I pulled apart wasn't. If you have one peak charge your pack, mine only takes 30-45 min instead of 4 hours like the included charger, Even the first charge only took an hour.

would that battery work???

Its a AA size pack... Looks bigger than stock...

EDIT> Its the same size as the stock battery. It would give me ~ 1.9 hours of runtime.
