Good welcome to the MOA club! I am interested to see how that chassis set-up does. Looks interesting. Did you get your order into John before his vacation? |

That looks awsome! If you need more flex run it with no crossbraces. Thats how mine is setup and I couldn't be happier. If the body was on it you wouldn't know it didn't have shocks. |

Ok, i got impatient waiting for parts. I bolted up some 55T motors and made my own dig tray. Got it all wired up and mounted the body. After some light testing, I see I need to mount the body differently. It limits some flex of the chassis. other than that , its working decently. I'm yet to do actual crawling, its been rain too much. heres some finished pictures........ |

post up a review of the chassis when you get some wheel time. i dont think Kami and Joebruiser would lie about things(bad for sales) but it would be nice to get a less biased opinion

I will post a review after some more drive time and tuning, so far its doing great. I'm still trying to get use to the MOA setup and bounce it has when dropping off ledges, from having no shocks. I'm still waiting for a set of 35Ts to get my wheelspeed back up to where I'm used to(7T cobalt puller) with my axial based rig. I got a comp coming up in VA. with VARCOR in 30 degree weather, so it going to be tested hard. Hopefully the delrin chassis doesn't get brittle in cold weather.

glad to know my donation of a 55t motor helped with the testing. after seeing that thing do some of the things i saw it do yesterday i have got to have one of my own. It does vertical well!!! The cg is so low that my shafty is behind. I could do some of the stuff but not all of it and i think my shafties are pretty good. The truck impressed me quite a bit to say the least. For a first time out it was climbing stuff we thought impossible till now. This truck can be way better with a lil wheel time. I will have a set of these axles next week.

Well, its finally finished. got the 35Ts in there for some great wheelspeed. The kamikaze dig tray is in, cleaned up all the wiring also. I got my package from proline today, I can't wait to test the new rubber. The G8 compound feels great, and I love the open tread pattern of the chisel's. I also sized up the chisel's against my Panthers and Badlands. |

Thanks guys, with more drive time and some small tweaks it should be a Great '09 season. If only I can stop hitting those damn gate markers people keep putting in my way ! |
