Default The BOOT Mount

I thought I would share this idea. When I changed my steering
on my Berg I had to move my ESC off the front axle.
I used lexan and zip ties to mount them to my upper links. It worked
but I thought it could look a little cleaner.
I cut an old bike inner tube the size of my ESC and slid the ESC inside
the tube. Then I just slid the upper links through the tube. I did put
tape over the link just in case. On the top side I cut out the heat sink
area of the tube.
This works great. When the links move the tube stretches and there
is no binding. It also covers and protects the ESC.
You could also use this to hold a stick pack or Lipo battery in place.

This tube was a 20"x200 that had a few holes in it. I had been using
it to make heavy duty rubber bands, and also I put some of it over
the ends of my stick pack batteries to protect them from the rocks.
