Any ever deal with them ? I've only orderd once before in the past and didnt have any issues, Fast shipped usually (emergency part for the 5b)...

Ive had a set of HB rovers on back order since Nov 20. I acctually had orderd from Rcplanet and TCS on the same day. I have my set from TCS, but not rcplanet.... And i tried to cancel last week, well.. No response.

Anyone have issues before ? just curious.

I have a very good friend at RCPLANET.com and they just recieved their HB's in...Im sure there wont be any problem they have top notch customer service

I was in the same boat and recieved a email the other day that they shipped. When I phoned last week I was told that they had so many backordered their first shipment didnt cover much of them. idk if its true but atleast they are shipping now

Thank you K9 and all , like I have said in the past I have worked in the hobby industry for oh about 14 years or so , but always in hobby shops , I just started working for RC Planet in May , so this internet vs shop thing is a bit different and much more work .

I placed one order with RC Planet, for my HBZ Warthog chassis, and was happy with the service. Fast shipping here too.

i ordered HB rovers from them this past weekend. they were supposed to be here yesterday, but we had heavy snow so the truck couldnt deliver. But rcplanet was very helpful. i emailed them questions and got instant answers. great service. but there prices are a sliver higher than most places

i have had great luck with them but only had one problem they had one of my items on backorder and they forgot to call me but its no big deal they refunded they money to my credit card and i ordered form another place because i was in a bind and needed the part. but other than that great service

Thank you , I will price match as well , as long as if I can see it with my own 4 eyes , but just email me with what ever needs to be matched and I can see if I can match it or beat it .

ya depending on the backordered items sometimes they do get lost in the mix "sh#t happens" , their is issues and problems as with everything , but we have been trying to fix them the best we can , also again I will look out for the crawler community , so if their is any issues just let me know and I will personally look into it .

I was having trouble getting a backorder changed. I emailed Todd and within a couple of hours, the matter was resolved and the order was shipped.

isn't rcplanet owned by the same people that own rcuniverse? 24-7 RC, LLC? i had the worst luck at reaching anyone to learn about back orders and have not been able to contact anyone about just refunding my money. drag!

NO!!! they are not the same...RC Planet is out of Utah and RC universe is out of Ohio...

I don't know, when you check the whois info and hold that up to the contact phone numbers they sure seem to have the same address. anyway, i'm over it. not interested in shopping with them.
