Default Any one with a DNA dig

I have gone through billion of post and pictures and still cant figure this out. I want to but a dig into my GC-2 chassis and i believe it will hang over on top of my links. I was wondering if when attached to the transmission is it flush to the chassis skid plate or not. If not how much room in between.

Yes the dig case will hang over one of the link ends. Just grind a small relief "notch" in the case. You can go fairly deep into the case but just go deep enought to get the link to clear.

i had to notch my DNA case to clear the links. the metal is thick where you need the notch though...

you can also make a spacer for the bottom of the trans to raise it up a little.

Love my DNA! The only down fall was that I had to grind on the case a little so I could clear my links. built a custom bracket so I can use a full size servo. 645mg engages and disengages with ease now!
