| The Hot Racing MOA Bastard Jr.
Got one of these from RCP Crawlers and with the help of Culetto (one of my local guys) started to do a MOA Bastard Jr. builld. Had to cut a little under the front lip but it was not enough to weaken it at all. The links were easy to make and everything fits perfectly. Here are some pics of it so far. Waiting on some electronics and it should be a runner very soon. Pics anyone.... |

Love the HR's. They take a little more effort to get them bulletproof but I think it is worth it for the narrower width.

Cool! I've been wondering how that would work I'm surprised Culetto wasn't fast enough to steal that one from you |

Did you swap out to a berg locker instead of the hr's aluminum one. If so was it an easy swap.

How about that (battery) tray ? Is it for the Berg? Direct swap or mod or is it sold for the HR's.

From yesterday. We threw in electrics just to test it. Looks like a spaghetti monster puked on it. So far performs very well. I am impressed for a comp tuber. |

Very nice looking chassis! Does anyone know if there's room in that chassis for a trans? I was thinking about tossing WK parts into it, if I don't go with a banana chassis (which is my first choice) Scott |

this rig only ran once or twice, its since been torn down and parted out... the HR axles need to have a few things done to them. you can replace the stock aluminum lockers with berg steel lockers. the upper link mount is junk but you can put berg upper mounts on them, not sure it they're a direct bolt on. and if you really want to, buy berg inner shafts and cut/grind them down to fit the HRs. | |
