Then use a plastic weld epoxy. Dirt cheap and light without ever a problem.

Hot glue has never failed for me. and when I strip out the hexes I can easily pick the hot glue out to replace the bocken piece.

FrankyRizzo 09-17-2005 11:17 PM

Hot glue doesn't hold up to well out here in 130 degree heat.

hot glue works here in the tropics, its humid not hot.

I tried JB Weld... the first time I didn't use enough, it broke. Second time I used a LOT and stripped my hexes(after driving 3hrs to crawl with some other dudes). So I got the trak gears. I don't worry about anything now. It is $$$ but it's never going to have a problem. That's worth it to me.

I've broke hot glue, JB weld and epoxy in my front diff. Those lockers rock. No problems since the install :) (OK, so I cracked the front case once)

I'd use the lockers if I could find a set.

For some reason I thought this was the TLT-1 thread that talked about the XC lockers.
